She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl James and Harriet Julie Lacey (Taylor); and her siblings, James Earl Lacey and Juanita Maxine Lacey. She is survived by: her children, Harry Hackman (Juanita) of Rockford, Roberta Shiffer of Springfield, Linda Deluhery of Springfield and Donna Whitehead of Springfield; and her siblings, Robert Lacey (Audrey) of Bath, Dale Lacey (Juanita) of Havana, Helen Ann Hardy of Bath and Timothy Lacey (Sue) of Glasford. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made in Lieura's name to Lewis Memorial Christian Village in Springfield or Bath Cemetery.
