We are sad to announce that, on October 6, 2025, at the age of 76, Linda Sue Burt of Springfield, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Burt and Norma Curtis Burt; her siblings-in-law, Sandy Burt and Darrell Waldrop; and her nieces, Sheri Lynn Foreman and Stacy Waldrop.

She is survived by: her siblings, Shirley Waldrop of Sherman, Larry Burt of Springfield and Robert Burt (Terry) of Springfield; her niece Terri Haerr; her nephews, Brian Burt and John Foreman; her great-niece Olivia Haerr; and her great-nephew Tyler Haerr.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
