It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda L. Burgess of Springfield, Illinois, who passed away on March 28, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Filcsak and Helen Filcsak (Fleischacker); her son John R. Burgess; and her sister Joanne Burris. She is survived by: her husband John S. Burgess; her sons, Mark Burgess of Springfield and Brett Burgess (Lori) of Springfield; her grandchildren, Andrew, Aleta, Mary and David Burgess; her sister Barb Williams (Jim) of Winter Garden, FL; her brother-in-law Richard Burris of Springfield; and her daughter-in-law Deanna Burgess (Victor Salguero) of Springfield. She is also survived by one niece, two nephews; and several great-nieces and nephews.
