She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin VanDeRostyne and Margaret VanDeRostyne; and her brother Mark VanDeRostyne. She is survived by: her husband Keith Plate; her children, Jennifer Payne of Kewanee and Aaron Payne (Aspen Bloom); her grandchildren, Evelynn of Tuscola and Eleanor of Tuscola; and her stepchildren, Teena Groves (Bill) of Springfield, Scott Plate (Pam) of Chatham, Jeanny Huber (David) of Chatham and Wanda Schoneweis (Jeff) of Tallula, IL. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
