She was predeceased by: her significant other James F. Boock. She is survived by: her children, Terry Klein (Sheryl) of Springfield and Diahann Boock (Pia Thompson) of Newport Beach, CA. She is also survived by four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
