She is survived by: her children, Russell Givens, Jr. of Springfield, Cheryl Clevenger (late Donald) of Springfield, Cindy Blankenship (late David) of Springfield and Rebecca Ferguson of Springfield; her grandchildren, Michael Givens, Rachael Givens (Brian Tabick), Jessica Ferry, Jacob Ferry, Joleen Ferry, Deborah Warren (Dustin) and Alexis Blankenship; and her siblings, Sandra Heyle (William) of Ravenwood, MO and Dwight Jessee of Ravenwood, MO. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
