He was predeceased by: his parents, William Crumly and Ruth Crumly; his wife Carol A. Mizeur; and his son-in-law Michael Long. He is survived by: his children, Karen Ehrhard (Jay), Kevin Crumly (Diane), Christine Souza (Greg), Jeri Long, Michael Crumly and Scott Crumly; his grandchildren, Stephen, Kimberly Ehrhard, David, Erin, Colleen Crumly (Gregg Gotsis), Stephanie Frank (Billy), Laura Jelinek (Jon), Justin, Jake Long, Hunter and Logan Crumly; his great grandchildren, Kevin Gus Gotsis, Isabella, Charlotte Frank and James Jelinek; and his sister Beverly Bakunas. He is also survived by 35 nieces and 27 nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Martin de Porres or the Pregnancy Care Center, both in Springfield.
