For Lynda is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Elmore Young and Louise Downs Young; her daughter Lee Humphrey-Dodd; and her husband Howard Humphrey (Howdy). She is survived by: her daughter Cathy Padget (Bryan); her grandchildren, Brendan Padget (Morgan) and Allyson Sharpe (Reily); and her great grandchild Charlotte Padget.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Springfield Art Association (https://www.springfieldart.org) or UIF/UIS Foundation in memory of Lynda Humphrey.
