She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Childs and Margaret Childs; her husband P. Wayne Dowling; her children, Grace Elizabeth McKennedy, Patrick Wayne Dowling Jr. (Teri) of Mesa, AZ and Claire Louise Dowling of Springfield, IL.; her family Paul Heissinger; her grandchildren, Caitlin O'Connell (Brendon), Jordin Lewis (Zachary), Sean Dowling, Ryan McKennedy (Cassie), Cody McKennedy, Christian DeLong, Austin Ulugalu and Alyssa Ulugalu; and her great grandchildren, Madelyn, Macy Lewis, Declan and Elsie O'Connell.
