It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margery Lois Wilcoxen of Springfield, Illinois, born in Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on May 22, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel; and her sisters, Helen "Susie" Knierim, Jeanette Brix and Charlene Kessler. She is survived by: her stepchildren, Dave, Carol and Dan; her children-in-law, Brad, Lisa and Angela; her grandchildren, Gail, Mark, Bethany, Lyndsey, Carly, Ben and Emma; her brother-in-law John Kessler of Auburn; her nephews, Curtis and Carl; her brother-in-law Julian Brix of Sandy Hook, CT; and her nieces and nephews, Laura, Leslie and Garry. She is also survived by her three children and their spouses; her seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
