She was predeceased by: her parents, Harrison Stacy and Hazel Stacy; her husband John Donald Kolaz (Donnie); and her siblings, Mildred, Ivan, Danny, Bob and Don Stacy.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Kolaz (Christine), Mindy Kolaz of Springfield, IL and Terry Kolaz of Chatham, IL; and her grandchildren, Stacy Kolaz of Springfield, IL, Cassidy Kramer (Alex) of St. Louis, MO and Thomas Kolaz (Ryan Kolaz) of Springfield, IL. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
