It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark A. Caselton of Springfield, Illinois, born in White Hall, Illinois, who passed away on October 13, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter C. Caselton and Freda M. Fischer Caselton; his wife Rosemary Sinclair; his siblings, Paul Caselton, Earl Caselton, Jude Caselton, Sister Ena Caselton, Joan Hacker and Meta McCarthy; his grandsons, Ian Caselton and Andrew Caselton; and his son-in-law Mark Zolecki.
He is survived by: his children, Michelle Mahoney (Michael) of St. Charles, Michael Caselton (Kay Easley) of Sherman, Martin Caselton (Mary) of Crystal Lake, Mark Caselton (Beth) of Chesterfield and Melissa Zolecki of Lakewood Ranch, Florida; his grandchildren, Neal Mahoney, Sam Mahoney, Sara Mahoney, Kara Caselton (Kirk Stirens), Amy Caselton, Molly Stout (Evan), Keaton Easley, Cole Easley, Quinn Easley, Sean Caselton (Kelly), Hanna Wierzba (Victor), Lauren Caselton, Evan Caselton, Ryan Caselton, Eric Caselton, Maggie Caselton, Matt Zolecki, Paige Zolecki and Jack Zolecki; his great grandchildren, Jessica, Erik, Nick, Emma and Paisley Stirens; and his friend Tina Pluester. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
