He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rockwood and Garnett Rockwood (McGavic); his son John Rockwood; and his brothers, James Rockwood, Bruce Rockwood and Richard Rockwood.
He is survived by: his wife Karen McClanahan; his children, Lakota Jachino (Corey) and Stephen Rockwood; his granddaughters, Ella and Ava Jachino; and his sisters, Betsy Newingham and Ellen Underwood. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
