It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha J. Bradley of Springfield, Illinois, born in Carbondale, Illinois, who passed away on September 26, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Martha shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Martha farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Bell, Sr. and Bertha Newton Bradley; her siblings, Betty Angel and Don B. Bradley, Jr.; and her nephew Steven A Bradley.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Canterbury House Trust Fund at the Cathedral of St. Paul, 815 S. 2nd St., Springfield, IL 62704.
