She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Howard and Georgia Kelly Howard; her son Scott Lawson; and her brother Kelly Howard. She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" D. Lawson; her daughter Melinda Lawson (Sue Lionberger) of Springfield; her granddaughters, Jolene and Elise Lawson; and her sister Patricia Veseling (Darrell) of Springfield. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
