She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Bernard and Helen E. Lee Welch; her brothers, Charles B. "Bernie" Welch, Jr. and Michael L. Welch; her niece Michelle Welch; and her pet Prince.
She is survived by: her nieces, Elaine M. Estes, Elizabeth E. Kaplan, Erin M. Gutzman, Pennie L. Bradbury and Robin R. Estes; her nephew Ethan R. Welch; and her sister-in-law Joyce Welch.
