She is survived by: her sons, Stephen Mack (Karen) of Divernon, Jeffrey Mack (John McIntyre) of Greenview and Greg Mack (Allyson) of Springfield; her granddaughter Elizabeth Mack of Springfield; and her sister-in-law Linda Mack of Ave Maria, FL.
