She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow C. Russell and Lucille Russell (Phillips); her half-brother William Russell; her son-in-law Brad Dodge; and her former husband Edward G. Miller.
She is survived by: her daughters, Chevonne Foster (Craig) of Lake Wales, FL and Jennifer Turley (Rob Sisk) of Springfield, IL; her grandchildren, Trever Turley and D. J. Turley; and her siblings, Susan Graves of Battle Ground, WA, Woodrow Russell, Jr. of Grants Pass, OR and Randall Russell of Battle Ground, WA. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, November 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Roselawn Memorial Park (1735 S Camp Butler Rd, Springfield, IL 62707).
Memorial contributions may be made to the Animal Protective League in Springfield.
