She is survived by: her father Harold Spain of Springfield; her sons, Chad Clark (Linnea) of Springfield and Robby Clark of Springfield; her grandchildren, Elena, William Clark, Gabby Clark and Jaelynn Good; her sister Dana Spain of Springfield; her niece Abby Spurgeon; her nephews, Aden Spurgeon and Brandon Winkler (Meghan); her great-niece Josie Hart; and her great-nephew Lucas Winkler.
