She was predeceased by: her parents, Orie Atkins and Minnie Atkins (Garrett); her husband Fred Langenfeld; her son Carl Langenfeld; and her sister Leta Mazanek (John).
She is survived by: her children, Curt Langenfeld (Beverly), Linda Mallow, Kathy Conner, Gail Buoy and Karen Kulig (Norb); her grandchildren, Kevin Conner (Molly), Lauren Castillo (Abraham), Carl Buoy (Abby), Christopher Kalop, Andrew Mallow (Shaunna), Megan Larson (Sam), Jeff Buoy (Amber), Colin Langenfeld (Amanda) and Kyle Langenfeld (Brooke); and her sister Loretta McCullough (Butch). She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Calvary Cemetery (1300 Gragg St, Centralia, IL 62801).
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
