He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Scroggins, and Arlene Scroggins, Sr. (Jacobs); and his brother Mark Scroggins. He is survived by: his wife Linda McCann; and his siblings, Marlene Gudgel, Donald Scroggins, Jr. and Cheryl Netznik. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
