With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Myria Boldin of Springfield, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 25, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Campbell and Ruby Elmore-Campbell. She is survived by: her sister Sarah; her husband Howard Boldin; her children, Willie Arthur, John Michael Sr., Sherman Foster, Gwendolyn Foster-Orr, Dwaine Foster, Clyde Howery Foster, Isabel (John Michael Sr.) and Latricia; her niece Carolyn; her great-niece Serenity; her great-nephew Harold; and her grandchildren, Ruby, Isabel Starr, John Jr., Lisa, Latasha, Nicole, Dwaine Jr. and Deion. She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren, 20 great-great-grandchildren, and a host of other beloved relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Ruby Funeral Services (1520 E Washington St, Springfield, IL 62703). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the same location.
