She was predeceased by: her father Dennis J. Sheley; and her grandparents, James H. and Patricia A. Sheley. She is survived by: her mother Patricia J. Sheley; her birth parents, David and Virginia Fugate; her brother Braden Bristow; her aunt Jennifer Lorton (James); her uncles, Daniel Sheley (Trisha) and Patrick Fugate (Shannon); and her grandparents, Lee and Lila Fugate.
