She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kolaz and Jacqueline Kolaz (Hay); and her husband Kenneth Fitzgerald, Sr.. She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth Fitzgerald (Tammi) of Springfield, William E. "Bill" Fitzgerald (Maureen) of Centerville, OH and Anthony "Tony" Fitzgerald (Kimberly) of Riverton, IL; her grandchildren, Colman Fitzgerald (Mikenzie), Katie, Kelsey, Haley, Kennedy Cassman (Andrew) and Allie; her great grandchildren, Brody, Colman Jr., Bernadette and David; and her siblings, Anthony Kolaz of Kentucky, Sandy Lancaster of Springfield, IL and Donna Schaddel of Petersburg, IL. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
