She was predeceased by: her parents, William Horn and Beulah Mae Horn (McCormick); her former husband Robert Burns; her husband Eugene Newquist; her granddaughter Courtney R. Phillips; and her son-in-law Ron Kulek.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pam Burk (Tom) of Springfield, Cindy Kulek of Riverton, Brenda Bartnick (Bob) of Sherman and Debbie Sheedy (Pat) of Springfield. She is also survived by six grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; eight great-great grandchildren; three sisters-in-law; and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Senior Services of Central Illinois.
