She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Earl Oscar and Francis Louise Kratchovell Ramey; her children, Penny L. Black of Springfield, Thomas E. Black (Holly), Robert J. Black (Jessica) and Anthony R. Black (Monica); and her sisters, Nadine Foley of Springfield and Earlene Stoeckel of Springfield. She was also cherished by five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
