He is survived by: his wife Mary Anne; his daughters, Shannon McKinney (Calvin), Mary Kate Churchill (Kyle) and Hannah Casper; his grandchildren, Max Lee, Mina and Kamile McKinney; his sister Marcy Swaggerty; his niece Dawn Tacker (Brian); and his nephews, Michael and Mark Swaggerty.
