Patti Jean Lewis Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patti Jean Lewis of Springfield, Illinois, born in Benton, Illinois, who passed away on October 27, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Joe Williams; her husband Amos Charles Lewis; and her nephew Jon Michael Hammer. She is survived by: her mother Shirley Ann Williams (Harben) of Benton; her daughter Jenna Moore (Chuck) of Springfield; her grandchildren, Arabella Moore, Caeleb Moore and Hailey Beckman; her siblings, Larry Williams (Joann) of Mt. Vernon, Linda Williams Hammer of Springfield and Jon Williams (Lynne) of Benton; her uncle Richard "Dick" Harben of Kerrville, TX; her niece Elizabeth Williams; her nephews, Grant, Jordan Hammer, Tom, John Williams and Cole Williams; her cousins, Richard Harben, Greg Harben and Ann Harben Carr; and her siblings-in-law, Cathy Sheeley, Danny Lewis and C. J. Lewis.

She enjoyed working as a traveling nurse several years ago before pandemic times to indulge her passion for traveling, the ocean, and beaches.
