It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patty K. Chapman of Springfield, Illinois, born in Pleasant Plains, Illinois, who passed away on May 31, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Smith and Gertrude Smith (Wheeler); and her brother Hank. She is survived by: her children, Michelle Lawrence and Erick Chapman (Shandi); her sister Linda Bullock (Larry); and her grandchildren, Brayden, Brody and Avery. She is also survived by many Nieces, Nephews.
