He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Jim Voots. He is survived by: his children, Amy Lewis (Tim) of Hannibal, MO., Lindsey Declue of Columbia, MO. and Josh Edwards of Palmyra, MO.; his grandchildren, Evan Lewis (Kaitlyn), Christopher Lewis (Jenny), Olivia Declue, Josie Lewis, Eliza Declue and Peyton Edwards; his brother Dale Edwards (Janet) of Buffalo, IL.; and his sisters-in-law, Linda McGee, Kathryn Highberger and Lisa Villarreal. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Timber Lodge.
