He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond "Bud" Sr. and Margaret Reader Eilers. He is survived by: his sons, Shane Eilers (Connie) of Kathleen, GA and Dirk Eilers (Gayle) of Springfield; his grandsons, Justin Eilers (Karcyn) and Colton Eilers (Meagan Gonyon); and his great grandchildren, Jordan and Landon.
