It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Regina Tebrugge of Springfield, Illinois, who passed away on April 1, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. James R. Lucas and Loretta Colling Lucas; and her husband James Tebrugge. She is also survived by her two daughters; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
