He is survived by: his wife Nancy Phillips Cleeton; his children, Susan Remke, Angela Cleeton, Richard Cleeton, Jr. (Donna) and James Cleeton; and his siblings, Karen Herr (David), Betty Lowe (Jerry), Ann Scott (Steven), Bill Moss (Norma) and Melvin Moss. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
