He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Ruch and Pearl Ruch (Yocom); his sister Margie Miller; and his nephew Larry Miller. He is survived by: his wife Brenda "Joyce" Milligan; his children, Carla Blough (Mark), Craig Ruch (Billie) and Leslie Goff (Bill); and his grandchildren, Nicole Art, Kyle Brozka, Zain Ruch, Brayden Ruch and Addi Goff. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
