Sullivan (Diane) of Mineral Bluffs, GA, Ann M. Self (Earl) of Springfield, Gregory T. Sullivan of New Berlin, Jane F. Ishii (Kenneth) of Kapai, Kuai, Patricia L. Sullivan of Springfield and Michael Mondlock (Victoria) of Waukesha, WI. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
