He is survived by: his wife Kathy Hoffmann; his children, Kevin Strocher (Mary Kae), Robert Strocher, Jr. (Cynthia), Sheila Truax (Aaron), Jeffery Knipp (Julie) and Jason Knipp (Rachael); and his siblings, John Strocher (Kathy), David Strocher (Linda) and Shirley Dillman (Dave). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
