He is survived by: his wife Jan Barr; his children, Megan Dowell Mondom (Davor) of Syracuse, NY and Ryan Dowell (Amber Weaver) of Indianapolis; his siblings, Rick Dowell (Elaine) of Lakewood, CO and Chris Dowell of Lakewood, CO; his stepsiblings, Roberta Bryant (John) of Orlando, FL and Alan (Jamie); his siblings-in-law, Carol Karker (Gordon) of Peachtree City, GA and Don Barr (Susan) of Falmouth, ME; his niece Kristin Stevens (Sarah Dowell); his nephews, Brandon, Brad, Bryant Barr, Geoff Karker and Dustin Dowell (Kathryn Dowell); and his pets, Izzie and Boo.
