He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Irvin and Aileen McFaddin Norton; and his son-in-law Dehen Mulrooney. He is survived by: his children, Robert "Bob Bob" Norton of Waverly and Susan Beth Mulrooney of Springfield; his grandchildren, Lucian Norton (Tiffany) of Virden, Megan McBride (Zach) of Springfield and Michelle Wester (Austin Sloan) of Riverton; his great grandchildren, Zayden, Riley, Grace, Juliet, Olivia, Emma and Dean; and his sisters, Alice Vonau of Woodruff, WI and Doris Mixer of Springfield. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family requests in lieu of flowers memorials be made to Waverly American Legion or Waverly Boy Scout Troop 115 and sent to Neece-Airsman-Hires Funeral Home, 349 Tanner St. Waverly, Il. 62692.
