He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo J. Stork and Mary Stork (Kulavic); and his brother Mark Stork. He is survived by: his wife Donna L. Gresham; his daughter Susan Kellogg (Donald) of Grayslake; his grandchildren, Austin and Shelby Kellogg; and his siblings, Mary Ann Smith (Carl Compardo) of Auburn, Judith Farley (Rick) of Riverton, Donald Stork (Hazel) of Riverton and Leo Stork (Carol) of Springfield. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
