He was predeceased by: his parents, Wickliff B. Neale and Helen Rohrer Neale; and his wife Marilyn Stevenson. He is survived by: his sons, Matthew Lee Neale of Fenton, MO. and Timothy Daniel Neale of Arlington, TX.; and his granddaughter Alicia Ann Neale of St. Louis, MO..

A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at the Camp Butler National Cemetery (5063 Camp Butler Rd, Springfield, IL 62707).
