He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Keith and Janet Lou Rogers Moore. He is survived by: his wife Penny Moore of Springfield; his daughters, Halley Walter (Adam) of Riverton and Hannah Moore (Jason Eccleston) of Springfield; his grandchildren, Haleigh, Sylias, Hayley and Parker; his pet Teddy; and his siblings, David Moore of Peoria and Penny Jo Smith (Brian) of Peoria. He is also survived by one aunt; one uncle; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
