He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Joseph and Doris Madalene Ushman, Sr. (Stainbrook); and his brothers, Tony Jr., Mike, David and Kenny Ushman.
He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Hopper (Donald) of Springfield, Carol Cheek (Bob) of Springfield, Don Ushman (Carol) of Springfield and Robbie Ushman (Janet) of Barnett, MO. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
