He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Buie and Nellie Buie (Gugel); his wife Dorothea E. Weissberg; and his daughter Cynthia Brackett. He is survived by: his children, Regina Heissinger (Matt) and Ross Buie II; his grandchildren, Taylor Barnett, Jesse Heissinger, Ross, Cameran Buie and Brett Ryan (Sandi); and his great grandchildren, Kyle and Conor Ryan. He is also survived by his family, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
