He is survived by: his parents, Don Case and Marian Case (Deckard) of Greenview; his brother Jeff Case (Shelly); his uncle Jim Case; his aunt Janet O'Brien; his niece Hannah Case; his nephew Ryan Case; and his great-nephew Dean.
