He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Elmer, Marion Case, Charles and Marie Deckard; and his pet Clyde.
He is survived by: his parents, Don Case and Marian Case (Deckard) of Greenview; his brother Jeff Case (Shelly); his uncle Jim Case; his aunt Janet O'Brien; his sibling's children, Hannah Case and Ryan Case; and his great-nephew Dean.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mott & Henning Funeral Home (206 N Main St, Athens, IL 62613).
