She was predeceased by: her parents, William Rhymes and Thelma Rhymes (Amos); her husband Gary R. Cagle; her son Craig Podshadley; and her siblings, Bobby, Billy Rhymes and Judy Sporrer.

She is survived by: her son Bobby Podshadley of Springfield; her daughter-in-law Julie Poos of Worden; her grandchildren, Cory Podshadley (Jayde Hull) of Springfield, Abby Podshadley of Worden, Sami Podshadley (Scott Manley) of Springfield and Jackson Podshadley of Worden; and her sister-in-law Judy Rhymes of Taylorville. She is also survived by five nieces and four nephews.
