She was predeceased by: her parents, William D. Conwill and Irene Kearney (Picco); her stepfather John Kearney; her sons, John and Albert Homer; her brother Norman Conwill; and her grandson Michael Smith.
She is survived by: her daughters, Christine Homer of Springfield, Katherine Smith of Springfield and Debra Homer of Springfield; and her close friend Jim Hildebrand. She is also survived by six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one great-great grandson; one niece; and several cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Butler Funeral Home-Springfield (900 S 6th St, Springfield, IL 62703). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Agnes Church, St. Jude's Children's Home, Lady of the Snow.
