She was predeceased by: her mother Alice Lokaitis (Conway); her son Matthew VanDenBossche; and her grandson Jonathan VanDenBossche. She is survived by: her father Herman Lokaitis; her children, John VanDenBossche, Rebecca Johnston (Ryan) and Alison Hornback (Ben); her grandchildren, Levi, Nicholas, Ryan, Kyle, Ben, Frankie, Brady, Joy VanDenBossche, Landon, Evan Hagerman, Elliot and William Hornback; her great grandchildren, Eli, Hayden, Peyton and Skylar; and her siblings, Kathy Cline (Don), Joe Lokaitis (Barbara), Greg Lokaitis (Theresa) and Brian Lokaitis. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
