We announce the death of Shawn LaRue Lindquist of Springfield, Illinois, born in Carrollton, Illinois, who passed away on August 5, 2026, at the age of 69. Shawn will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Sheryl Werries, Ron and Rick Williams. She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey Lindquist of Springfield; her children, Heather Lindquist of Springfield and Nathan Lindquist (Malissa) of Rochester; her grandchildren, Annelise and Noah Lindquist of Rochester; and her sister Marcia Simpson of Harrisburg.
