She is survived by: her husband Lawrence Puckett Sr.; and her sons, Lawrence Puckett Jr. (Sherry) of Petersburg, Steve Puckett (Dynean) of Danville, Rick Puckett (Penny) of Springfield and Jeffrey Puckett (Deana) of Pawnee, Illinois. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
