He is survived by: his wife Sue; his sons, Stephen Lowe, Jr. (Stephanie) of Charleston, SC, Michael Lowe (Nicole) of Charleston, SC and Chad Lowe (Heather) of Springfield; his grandchildren, JP, Kayden, Carter, Carman, Patrick and Parker; his great grandchild Bryce; and his siblings, Lois Livingston (Steven) of Springfield, Sheila Lowe of Florida, Jim Lowe of Springfield, Richard Lowe of Springfield, Jerry Lowe (Betty) of Springfield, Ronald Lowe (Wanda) of Springfield, Randy Lowe of Springfield and Bill Lowe (Charlene) of Springfield. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
